The glamorous Fashion 101 hostess, who was one of few celebrity models lined-up for the three-day event sparked up what was a blissful and eventful three-day event.
Sandra, a past beauty queen and model, walked the runway in very trendy and sophisticated designs made by some of the participating local and international designers.
She modeled for celebrated designers such as Mina Evans (Ghana) and Mai Atafo Inspired of Nigeria, Wanna Sambo Clothing also of Nigeria and Peachy Purr (Ghana).
In astonishing pieces of clothes carefully worked on by these designers, she took to the runway, and strutted her way to widespread appreciation and appeal
“I didn’t know she could model that well; I am impressed,” remarked Abena, a fashion designer who was seated in the audience on Day 2 of the event.
Held from August 17 to 19, the Glitz Africa Fashion Week brought together some of the world’s best designers and models.
Over a three-day period, Ghana was put on the map of the global fashion community, as the Glitz Africa Fashion Week saw an impressive patronage. The organizers have been lauded for what looks like a well thought out idea.
Already, there are huge expectations for next year’s event.
